Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. As a guide, delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only: delivery may take longer at peak seasons and holidays, or due to carrier, weather or customs delays outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address given at checkout.

International delivery

For delivery outside the United States, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery problems
